Shipping Policy

Where we ship from: orders are fulfilled through our overseas production partners, then shipped to you with tracking. This keeps our prices fair — it just means delivery takes a little longer than a domestic warehouse.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery (after processing):
• United States: 8–18 business days
• Canada, UK & Australia: 10–22 business days
• Rest of world: 14–28 business days

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Customs & duties: international orders may be subject to import duties set by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages: if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email autocontentlg@gmail.com with your order number and we'll track it down or make it right.
