Refund & Return Policy

Our promise: if anything is wrong with your order — wrong item, damaged in transit, or a real quality issue — we'll make it right. Just reach out.

Heads up on shipping: our items ship directly from our production and fulfillment partners overseas, so please allow the full delivery window before assuming something's wrong (see our Shipping Policy for timelines).

Eligibility: contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unworn, and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Damaged or wrong items: email us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — in most cases you won't need to ship anything back.

Change-of-mind returns: we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days. Email us first for instructions; return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we'll refund the item price once the return is confirmed.

Refund processing: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.

Non-returnable: items damaged through normal wear, or returns requested after 30 days, may not be eligible.
