Where do you ship from?

We work with carefully selected production and fulfillment partners and ship directly to you, with tracking on every order. It keeps our prices fair — it just means delivery takes a little longer than a domestic warehouse.

Are your products officially licensed Marvel merchandise?

No. Web Head Supply is an independent fan store. We are not affiliated with Marvel, Sony, or Disney.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then typically arrive within 8–18 business days in the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email — just click it to follow along.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours it may have already entered fulfillment.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Take a photo and email us with your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — no runaround.

How do I choose the right size?

Each listing includes a size chart. When in doubt, size up — our tees and hoodies run true to size.
